MGG will introduce two new technologies during the Euroguss fair.
HPVac is a new and effective vacuum high pressure diecasting technology. Key strengths of HPVac are weldability, better mechanical properties, and the heat treatment possibilities for HPVac casted products.
LPSC is the next step in Sand Casting, called LPSC (Low Pressure Sand Casting). Key strengths of LPSC are improved castability, thinner walls and it offers higher strength and / or strain.

Both processes are ideal for the manufacturing of high quality components for the automotive and truck industry. Products made by using these new technologies are perfectly suited for the following applications:
